Aspray Boat House Rental Information

An additional, refundable cleaning deposit of $75 must be paid upfront. Event insurance, at an average cost of $100, must be obtained holding harmless the Gaspee Days Committee and the City of Warwick of any and all liabilities. The Aspray Boat House is not available for rent Monday through Thursday by the general public. Only registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations may rent the space during these hours upon request at a discounted rate of $75 per day.
